Salt Point St. Park I

This is still the same day as my previous three photos. After Fort Bragg I continued heading south on highway 1. I stopped for lunch in a town called Gualala, A small coastal community like many of the towns on highway 1. About 30 minutes after Gualala I happened upon Salt Point St. Park, which is about 100 miles North of San Francisco.

I decided to stop here because the clouds in the sky had opened up some, and the light was pretty good.

As I walked down to this cove the sun was still blocked by clouds a bit, so I was taking photos of waves crashing against the rocks. Once the light broke through, I ran to this spot to get this photo.
